1. Pandit & Ceremony Bookings
We understand that religious ceremonies often depend on auspicious Panchang Muhurtas, planetary shifts, and family availability. Our policy provides maximum flexibility:
- Cancellation > 24 Hours before Muhurta: 100% full refund with zero cancellation penalty.
- Cancellation within 24 Hours: If Pandit Ji has already initiated travel or procured perishable fresh puja flowers and havan materials, a nominal facilitation fee of ₹250 may be deducted.
- Free Muhurta Rescheduling: You can reschedule your ceremony date and time slot for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by coordinating with Acharya Ji or via your dashboard.
2. Product & Puja Kit Orders
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel any product order with a single click from My Orders for an immediate 100% refund.
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep or initiate a 7-day return upon arrival.
3. Pandit Emergency Guarantee
In the rare circumstance that an assigned Acharya encounters a health emergency or travel disruption, PujaSanskriti guarantees to provide an equivalent verified Vedic Priest from our emergency network within 2 hours, or provide a 100% immediate refund along with a complimentary Puja Samagri voucher.
