All sacred goods—including Pure Desi Cow Ghee, Gangajal, natural attar, clay diyas, and handcrafted brass murtis—are carefully inspected, cleansed with Gangajal, and packed in multi-layered, tamper-proof, shock-absorbent eco-packaging to ensure they reach your home temple in pristine condition.
2. Delivery Timelines
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Expected transit durations are as follows:
- Tier-1 Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune).
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
- Remote / Northeast / Island Regions: 5 to 8 business days via India Post Speed Post.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our verified courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post), an automated SMS and WhatsApp update with your live tracking URL and Air Waybill (AWB) number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. 100% Transit Breakage Guarantee
In the unlikely event that a sacred idol, glass akhand diya, or ceramic thali is damaged during transit, please take a photograph and WhatsApp it to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch an immediate replacement without requiring you to ship the broken sacred murti back.
