1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PujaSanskriti (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Services
PujaSanskriti operates as an integrated spiritual e-commerce and Vedic priest booking marketplace:
- E-Commerce: We retail and distribute certified Hindu religious puja essentials, brass and clay murtis, yantras, havan samagri, and sacred literature.
- Pandit Booking: We connect devotees (Yajmans) with verified, independent Vedic priests and Acharyas for solemnizing traditional ceremonies and sanskars.
3. Code of Conduct & Sacred Respect
All interactions on the Platform and during ceremonies must adhere to mutual dignity and cultural respect. Devotees and Purohits are expected to maintain the purity and decorum befitting sacred Sanatan Dharma rituals.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, temple motifs, mantras compilations, articles, photography, and platform software are the exclusive intellectual property of PujaSanskriti and protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
